The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched the Integrated Payment System (IPS) to manage payments related to remuneration and expenses for Centre Final and Spot Evaluation activities of the Class X and XII Main Board Examinations 2024-25.
Key Highlights of the IPS Launch:
- IPS modules launched:
- IPS Centre Final 2025
- IPS Spot Evaluation 2025
- Schools designated as Examination Centres and all Central Nodal Superintendents have been instructed to access the IPS portal immediately and complete the required data entry.
- Schools must ensure that bank account details of all exam functionaries (examiners, evaluators, and related staff) are entered accurately.
Important Instructions for Principals:
- Principals are required to personally verify all bank account details before final submission on the IPS portal.
- If bank account details are entered incorrectly, resulting in payment being credited to the wrong person, the responsibility and financial recovery will rest with the concerned Principal.
- Schools must ensure no data of any examiner or functionary is left incomplete, as it may delay the payment process.
The introduction of this integrated payment system will make the process faster, more transparent, and efficient, reducing manual errors and ensuring timely disbursement of remuneration to exam functionaries.
