A comprehensive User Manual for the Integrated Payment System (IPS) has been released to assist schools and exam functionaries in managing payments related to the Board Examinations 2025.
Every year, lakhs of students appear in Class X and XII examinations conducted across 7842 exam centers in India and abroad. These large-scale examinations require the dedicated contribution of principals, centre superintendents, nodal supervisors, coordinators, and exam functionaries.
To ensure timely and transparent disbursement of remuneration, honorarium, TA/DA, and logistics expenses, the IPS portal has been introduced. This system aims to minimize delays and reduce paperwork, ensuring direct bank transfers with minimal procedural hurdles.
Key Highlights from the IPS User Manual
The first installment towards Centre Charges was released on 17 February 2025.
- Upcoming IPS modules include:
- IPS Practical 2025
- IPS Marking Scheme 2025
- Centre Final Payment 2025
- Sport Evaluation 2025
- Accurate data entry in linked portals like OECMS and TETRA is crucial, as IPS fetches details from these platforms.
- Schools and functionaries are reminded to verify and upload correct data during their period of duty to avoid errors in payment.
The Integrated Payment System represents a major step towards digitizing examination-related financial processes, bringing speed, accountability, and ease to stakeholders across the examination ecosystem.
