In continuation of multiple circulars released earlier in March 2026, CBSE has now decided to cancel all remaining Class 12 board examinations for students studying in CBSE-affiliated schools across several Middle East countries.
The decision applies to schools located in:
- Bahrain
- Iran
- Kuwait
- Oman
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
📢 Key Decisions Announced by CBSE
- All Class XII examinations scheduled from 16 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 stand cancelled.
- All exams that were previously postponed through earlier circulars (dated 01 March, 03 March, 05 March, 07 March, and 09 March 2026) are also cancelled.
This decision has been taken after reviewing the situation in the region and considering inputs and requests received from schools and local authorities.
📊 What Happens Next?
CBSE has informed that the mode of declaration of results for Class XII students in these Middle East countries will be announced separately in the coming days.
