The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited entries for the January–June 2026 edition of CENBOSEC, the Board’s biannual e-magazine that highlights innovative teaching practices, school initiatives, and success stories from affiliated schools. This edition focuses on the theme “Resilient Schools, Safe Futures: Disaster Management in Action.”
Under this initiative, Principals and teachers are invited to submit original articles in Hindi or English showcasing real-life disaster preparedness activities, safety initiatives, climate awareness programmes, emergency response practices, and innovative classroom approaches adopted by their schools. Students are also invited to participate by designing the official cover page for the upcoming CENBOSEC edition.
CBSE has emphasized that submissions should highlight actual school activities and outcomes, rather than theoretical concepts or AI-generated content. Schools are encouraged to share case studies, mock drills, awareness campaigns, technology-based safety initiatives, and classroom projects that promote disaster resilience and preparedness.
The last date to submit both articles and cover design entries is 30 July 2026. CBSE has requested all affiliated schools to encourage maximum participation from educators and students in this nationwide initiative
