The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a comprehensive guidance document for Class XII students and parents regarding the outcomes of Verification of Issues Observed and Re-evaluation applications submitted under the Post-Result Services process.
The guidance aims to address common queries related to revised marks, DigiLocker updates, answer book verification, re-evaluation outcomes, and further steps available to students.
CBSE has clarified that students whose marks have changed after verification or re-evaluation can download their updated marksheets through DigiLocker. The Board has also explained how candidates can track the status of their applications and access official updates.
For students whose verification requests resulted in “No Change,” CBSE has stated that an opportunity for answer book inspection may be provided through the concerned Regional Office. Detailed schedules and instructions will be announced separately.
The Board has reassured students and parents that all applications have been processed through a transparent, secure, and carefully monitored system to ensure fairness and accuracy. CBSE has also advised candidates not to rely on rumours, unofficial social media posts, or misleading information circulating online.
Students and parents are encouraged to follow only official CBSE communication channels for authentic updates regarding post-result services, revised marksheets, inspections, and related procedures.
Candidates requiring assistance may contact their respective CBSE Regional Offices or official helpline services for guidance and support.
