The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued Reminder No. 5, notifying all affiliated schools that only two days remain for the submission of registration data for students of Classes IX and XI for the academic session 2025–2026. The last date with normal fees is 16th October 2025.
In its circular (No. CBSE/REGN/2025-2026 dated 11.09.2025), CBSE had earlier emphasized three key points:
- Schools must ensure correct student data submission.
- Subjects offered by students must be entered accurately.
- All candidates must be registered without omission.
Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, reiterated that the Board is striving to collect correct and complete data of all students. Schools, in turn, are expected to act responsibly and verify every detail to prevent future complications arising from errors in registration data.
The circular further reminds Principals to adhere strictly to the given schedule and complete the submission process before the deadline. CBSE has also instructed various directorates, organizations, and educational bodies — including Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, EMRS, Sainik Schools, and State Education Departments — to disseminate this information to all schools under their jurisdictions.
