The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an important circular regarding the facility to obtain scanned copies of Class 12 answer books for Board Examinations 2026.
According to the official notice, the online application system for students applying to access scanned copies of their evaluated answer sheets is currently facing technical glitches. CBSE stated that a technical expert team is actively working on resolving the issue.
The Board informed stakeholders that the portal is expected to become operational again by 2:00 PM today.
CBSE has requested students and parents to remain patient and cooperate during this temporary disruption.
The Board further clarified that students who need scanned answer books for grievance redressal, re-evaluation, or result-related concerns should be given priority once the portal resumes functioning.
Additionally, CBSE mentioned that students who only wish to obtain scanned answer books for archival or personal record purposes will also get an opportunity later, after the current re-evaluation process is completed.
The Board assured all stakeholders that every student will receive the necessary opportunity to access their answer books in due course and emphasized its commitment toward maintaining a transparent and student-friendly evaluation process.
