The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the online submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the Class XII Supplementary Examination 2026 for regular students. The process commenced on 30 June 2026 and must be completed by schools through the PARIKSHA SANGAM portal available on the official CBSE website.
The circular applies to regular students who have been placed in the Compartment category (First Chance), students seeking Improvement of Performance, and candidates who passed the 2026 board examinations but wish to improve their score in one subject, as per CBSE guidelines.
CBSE has instructed schools to ensure that every eligible student’s name is included in the LOC, even if the school is unable to contact the student. Failure to submit a student’s name within the prescribed timeline may result in the student losing the opportunity to appear for the Supplementary Examination 2026.
Schools are also advised to inform compartment students and eligible improvement candidates about the examination and complete the LOC submission within the deadline. Students who are eligible for the third and final compartment chance must apply separately as Private Candidates, as notified in a separate CBSE circular.
The Class XII Supplementary Examination 2026 is scheduled to be held on 28 July 2026 (Tuesday). The last date for schools to submit the LOC and pay the examination fee is 8 July 2026. Admit cards will be released separately before the examination.
CBSE has urged all affiliated schools to follow the schedule strictly to ensure that no eligible student misses the opportunity to appear in the supplementary examination.
