The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced an extension of the last date for submitting Class XII Supplementary Examination 2026 application forms for private candidates.
Earlier, as per the CBSE circular dated 30 June 2026, the last date to submit the examination form was 8 July 2026. To ensure that all eligible private candidates get sufficient time to complete the application process, the Board has now extended the deadline by one day.

CBSE has advised all eligible private candidates to complete and submit their examination forms within the revised timeline to avoid missing the opportunity to appear for the Class XII Supplementary Examination 2026.
The Board has also clarified that only the last date has been extended, while all other eligibility criteria, application procedures, examination guidelines, and conditions mentioned in the earlier circular remain unchanged.
Students who are eligible under the private candidate category should ensure that their application is submitted before the extended deadline through the official CBSE portal.
