The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a reminder regarding the Digital Evaluation of Class XII Answer Books and the mandatory mock evaluation and monitoring instructions for teachers.
This circular is a continuation of CBSE’s earlier notification dated 14 February 2026. CBSE informed that the OSM portal link and login credentials for evaluators have already been sent to teachers via their registered email IDs, as updated by schools on the OASIS portal.
CBSE has directed all Principals and Heads of CBSE-affiliated schools to ensure that teachers teaching Classes XI and XII must log in to the OSM portal and complete the practice run before the actual digital evaluation begins.
Teachers are advised to practice evaluating answer books only to get familiar with the system, regardless of subject, language medium, or other factors. CBSE has also stated that the Board is monitoring the completion status of assigned tasks.
This initiative is part of CBSE’s move towards technology-driven, transparent, and efficient evaluation of board exam answer sheets.
