The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the results of the Tier-II Recruitment Examinations conducted for various posts in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) will be released soon.
The Tier-II examinations were conducted in March 2026 and included both objective and descriptive components. According to CBSE, more than 2.1 lakh descriptive answer books covering 68 disciplines are involved in the evaluation process.
Descriptive Answer Book Evaluation Underway
CBSE stated that the process of displaying answer keys and images of OMR sheets on the portal has been completed. The evaluation of the OMR sheets has also been completed.
However, the descriptive answer books are being physically evaluated, and this process is currently at an advanced stage.
Results to Be Declared in Phases
The Board has clarified that the Tier-II recruitment examination results will be declared in phases, commencing from mid-August 2026.
Candidates who appeared for the examinations are advised to regularly check the official communication channels for authentic updates regarding the result declaration.
CBSE has also urged candidates to ignore unverified information, media reports, rumours or unofficial updates regarding the results and to rely only on information published through the official website.
The recruitment examinations are being conducted for various posts under KVS, NVS and EMRS, and candidates awaiting their Tier-II results should keep checking official updates as the result declaration process begins.
