The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a circular announcing a five-day online training programme titled “NEP 2020: Empowering SEDGs”, which will be held from 27 July to 31 July 2026.
Organized by the Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT, the programme commemorates the 6th anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It aims to strengthen educators’ understanding of the educational needs of Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups (SEDGs) and promote inclusive and equitable education in schools.
