The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced a dedicated Principals’ OSM Dashboard to help schools facilitate and monitor teacher logins and mock evaluations under the Online Scoring Module (OSM) system.
CBSE has already instructed that all teachers must log in to the OSM portal and complete mock evaluation sessions. However, many teachers have not received login credentials due to incorrect email IDs and mobile numbers in the OASIS database.
To resolve this issue, CBSE has developed a dashboard that allows Principals and Heads of Schools to monitor teacher participation and update teacher contact details directly. Through this dashboard, principals can view the total number of evaluators in the school, teachers who have completed the practice session, teachers who have logged in but not completed the session, number of answer books evaluated, and teachers who are yet to log in.
The dashboard also provides an option to update teachers’ mobile numbers and email IDs in OASIS, after which login credentials will be sent within six hours to the updated contact details.
CBSE has emphasized that principals should regularly monitor the dashboard and ensure that all teachers teaching Classes XI and XII complete the OSM practice session at the earliest, so they are fully prepared for the upcoming main evaluation process.
