The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a webinar on 20 November 2025 to explain the process of conducting two Board Examinations for Class X, as mandated by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
These two Board Exams will begin from the academic session 2025-26, and CBSE has already issued two circulars on 25 February 2025 and 25 June 2025 regarding this change.
Purpose of the Webinar
The main objective of the webinar is to ensure:
- Smooth and fair conduct of the two Board Exams
- Clarity on new exam modalities
- Awareness among all stakeholders including teachers, schools, students, and parents

Mandatory Actions for Schools
CBSE has instructed all affiliated schools to:
- Arrange screen, sound system, and internet for the live webcast
- Ensure that the live session is watched under the supervision of the Principal
- Ensure attendance of all teachers teaching Classes IX to XII
- Inform parents and students to join the webinar
- Note important instructions related to examination and evaluation
- Send queries (if any) to info.exam@cbseshiksha.in
- Fill the online feedback form after the webinar
