The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a public caution notice against misleading claims circulating online regarding the issuance of duplicate mark sheets, certificates, and correction of documents.
According to the CBSE Regional Office (Delhi East), some unauthorized sources are spreading false information and claiming to provide quick solutions for document-related services. The Board has strongly condemned such practices, calling them deceptive and unauthentic.
Official Statement
CBSE clarified that it has not authorized any third-party platforms for handling duplicate document issuance or corrections. Relying on such sources may result in:
- Financial loss
- Misleading guidance
- Legal or administrative complications
Where to Get Authentic Information
Students, parents, and stakeholders are advised to use only the official CBSE channels for any document or exam-related services, including:
- Issuance of duplicate certificates/mark sheets
- Corrections in documents
- Other student or examination-related services
