The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an official circular regarding an Orientation Program on the CBSE Hub and Spoke School Model for CBSE-affiliated schools.
The Hub and Spoke School Model was introduced by CBSE as a strategic initiative to promote collaborative learning, resource sharing, and student well-being among affiliated schools. To ensure better understanding and smooth implementation of this model, CBSE is organizing an orientation program for schools.
📅 Program Details:
- Date: 26 December 2025 (Friday)
- Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Venue: Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Vidyashram,
Opposite OTS, KM Munshi Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302015 - Reporting Time: 9:30 AM (for pre-program formalities)
👥 Eligible Participants:
- Principal
- Vice Principal
- Counselor
- Wellness Teachers
🎯 Objectives of the Program:
- To explain the framework and guidelines of the Hub and Spoke School Model
- To promote collaboration and sharing of best practices among schools
- To strengthen coordination between Hub and Spoke schools
- To build capacity for effective implementation
- To encourage networking among principals and coordinators

- Confirmation emails will be sent to selected participants.
- Travel and accommodation expenses (TA/DA) will be borne by participants.
CBSE has directed all Hub and Spoke Schools to depute at least two representatives, preferably the Principal or Vice Principal and Counselor or Wellness Teacher.
Other CBSE schools may also participate. However, their participation will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to confirmation by CBSE.
