The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the online submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the Class XII Supplementary Examination 2026. The process is meant exclusively for CBSE-affiliated schools on behalf of their regular students.
Schools can submit the LOC through the Pariksha Sangam portal available on the official CBSE website. The online submission window is open from 30 June 2026 to 8 July 2026 (11:59 PM).
Who Can Be Included in the LOC?
Schools can submit the names of students under the following categories:
- Compartment (First Chance): Students appearing in Class XII for the first time in 2026 whose result has been declared as Compartment.
- Improvement of Performance: Students who passed the Main Examination 2026 and wish to improve their performance in one subject.
- Improvement after Subject Replacement: Candidates who passed after replacement of subject(s) in the Main Examination 2026.
- Compartment with Six Subjects: Students appearing with six subjects and placed in compartment in one or two subjects, as per eligibility.
Important Responsibilities for Schools
CBSE has directed affiliated schools to ensure that:
- Students placed in the Compartment category are informed about the Supplementary Examination.
- Eligible students wishing to improve performance are also informed.
- The names of all compartment students are included in the LOC, even if schools are unable to establish contact with them.
- Failure to submit a student’s name in the LOC will result in the student losing the opportunity to appear for the Supplementary Examination.
Schools must use their Affiliation Number and existing login credentials to access the Pariksha Sangam portal for submitting the LOC.

- LOC Submission Starts: 30 June 2026
- Last Date for LOC Submission & Fee Payment: 8 July 2026 (11:59 PM)
