The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the deadline for students seeking to avail post-result declaration facilities for the Class XII Board Examinations 2026.
According to the latest notification issued by the Board, the last date for submitting applications for Verification of Issues Observed in scanned answer books and Re-evaluation of Question(s) has been extended in the interest of students. The decision has been taken to provide candidates with additional time and support to complete the application process without inconvenience.
As per the revised schedule:
- Previous Last Date: 06 June 2026 (Midnight)
- Extended Last Date: 07 June 2026 (Midnight)
Students who wish to apply for verification of discrepancies in their scanned answer books or request re-evaluation of specific questions are advised to make use of the extended timeline and submit their applications before the new deadline.
CBSE has clarified that apart from the revised deadline, all previously notified terms, conditions, and procedures will remain unchanged. Students are encouraged to carefully review the guidelines before applying through the official CBSE post-result portal.
The extension is expected to benefit students who may have faced delays or technical issues while completing their applications and ensures that no eligible candidate misses the opportunity to seek clarification or re-evaluation of their results.
