The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched the Integrated Payment System (IPS) for processing payments related to remuneration and other expenses for Class XII Practical Examinations of the 2024-25 session.
Through this initiative, CBSE aims to streamline and digitize the disbursement process, ensuring faster, transparent, and error-free payments to examiners, observers, and other exam functionaries.
Instructions for Schools
- Schools are required to access the IPS portal and complete all necessary data entry at the earliest.
- Principals must verify bank account details of all exam functionaries (examiners, observers, etc.) before final submission.
- It must be ensured that no data remains unfilled for any functionary.
Important Reminder
CBSE has cautioned that any mistake in uploading bank details may lead to payments being credited to the wrong individual. In such cases, the responsibility will lie with the concerned school principal, and the recovery of wrongly paid amounts will be made directly from them.
This move underscores CBSE’s ongoing efforts to digitize examination processes and bring efficiency in financial management related to examinations.
